We stand behind the quality of our products, but these are consumable, hygiene-sensitive items.


Non-Returnable

  • Any product with a broken seal or signs of use
  • Rapid consumption of a 1ml vape in 2 to 3 days does not qualify as a defect

7-Day Cooling-Off Period

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. The customer pays return shipping.


Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.


Missing or Stolen Packages

All orders use signature on delivery as standard for your protection. If a package is missing or stolen, you must first lodge a claim with the courier and provide us with their reference number before we can investigate further.
