Snap Vapes delivers orders within South Africa.

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, and any periods of unusually high order volume.

Once processed, orders are generally delivered anywhere in South Africa within approximately 3 to 4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  2. Incorrect delivery information.
  3. Failed delivery attempts.
  4. Public holidays.
  5. Weather disruptions.
  6. High order volumes.
  7. Circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. Snap Vapes is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is handled by the courier service provider. We will assist where reasonably possible, but we are not responsible for courier delays outside our control.

Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided.

SECTION 10 — FAILED DELIVERIES AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If a delivery fails because you provided incorrect details, were unavailable to receive the order, or did not respond to courier communication, additional delivery charges may apply.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may require an additional courier fee.

Snap Vapes is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
