What are Snap Vapes disposables?

How long will my device last?
Battery and oil life vary depending on how you use your device — draw length, frequency, and whether you use the preheat function all play a role. The built-in USB-C port lets you recharge the battery if needed so you get every last drop of oil.
What flavours are available?

How do I use a Snap Vape disposable?
Simply remove from packaging and inhale from the mouthpiece. Snap Vapes are draw-activated. No buttons, no settings. Take slow, steady draws for the smoothest experience.
Do the devices need to be charged?
Every Snap Vape arrives fully charged and ready to use straight out of the box. The battery is rechargeable via USB-C, so if the battery dies before the oil runs out you can top it up. The oil itself is not refillable.
Are Snap Vapes products lab tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently lab tested for potency, purity, and safety. Our distillate consistently tests at 95% THC with no harmful additives or contaminants. Lab results are available on request.
What is in the cannabis oil?
Our oil contains premium cannabis distillate (95% THC) and natural cannabis-derived terpenes. That's it. No PG, no VG, no vitamin E acetate, no fillers of any kind.
Are there any additives or fillers?
Never. Clean distillate and natural terpenes. Nothing else. We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're inhaling, which is why we publish our lab results and keep our ingredient list as short as possible.
How should I store my vape?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the device upright when not in use to prevent oil from settling unevenly. Avoid leaving it in a hot car.
Is the hardware safe to use?
Yes. We use food-grade ceramic coil hardware that delivers a clean, consistent hit without metallic taste or harmful off-gassing. Our devices are manufactured to strict quality standards.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa in 2 to 3 business days. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa via our trusted courier partners. Remote or outlying areas may take an additional business day.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped securely via our trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time through our courier's tracking portal.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?

Why can't I pay by card?
Because our products contain THC, major card payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, etc.) are unable to process transactions for our store. This is an industry-wide restriction that applies to all cannabis retailers — not something specific to us. We've set up EFT bank transfer as a straightforward alternative. Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and fully POPIA compliant. Your payment details are processed securely and are never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security protocols.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Not at this time. All orders must be prepaid before dispatch to ensure secure and efficient processing. We're working on expanding our payment options in future.
